East Java is an incredibly rich destination, with good enough accommodation to bring in your incentives. In fact, one hotel’s location is so stunning you’ll be hard pressed to find an equally spectacular setting anywhere else in the world. Palm-fringed rice fields and towering volcanoes seal off an area from the rest of the world. In this Shangri-like environment we were the first to conduct the yearly, long haul incentive from a prestigious Belgian-Dutch food conglomerate. Their best sales achievers came, saw and experienced another world, relative to the proclaimed aim of the organizing company.
We included visits to nearby coffee plantations with demonstrations of an award-winning barista, which we flew in from Belgium for the occasion. Part of the launch of new type of milk, produced specifically for use with coffee, we could hardly find a more suitable location.
Furthermore, the team of the very best achievers climbed an active volcano and banded together with the locals operating on the mountain under extreme conditions. In the end everybody shared and took home unforgettable moments which undoubtedly will continue to motivate, inspire and excite future sales people for a long to come.
