A company born out of enthusiasm of its founders. Before they moved to Indonesia, both worked, managed and owned an outbound travel company in Belgium.
The company was initiated in 1995 by Marc Jacobs and Marleen Castelein, two Belgians who have garnered a combined professional experience of more than 40 years in the travel industry. They continue managing the company, which now has a staff of 25 dedicated professionals.
Kelana DMC is based in Bali, at the heart of the Indonesian tourism industry. A network of affiliated companies and own representatives, enables Kelana DMC to operate all over the Indonesian archipelago. Wherever a visitor can go, Kelana DMC can organize his/her stay.
